JOIN PCCHE

Members of PCCHE have access to weekly co-op classes*, moms’/dads’ nights, frequent educational field trips, monthly meet-ups for fun activities, teen get-togethers, holiday parties, field day, physical education days, and so much more. Current PCCHE membership is valid from June 1, 2023 to May 31, 2024, although applications are accepted all year long. While you must be a member to attend our co-op classes, you are not required to attend co-op classes in order to participate in all other PCCHE-related activities!

At its heart, PCCHE is a cooperative. It thrives on the mutual assistance of its members in working toward a common goal. When completing the membership application, please choose the volunteer position where you would like to serve and that best fits with your gifts/talents.  At various times throughout the year, you will be contacted by PCCHE leadership who will give you further details as to how to get involved.

We look forward to welcoming your family to PCCHE!

New members must carefully complete each step below to join PCCHE for the 2023-2024 school year. You will need to return to this page after step 5 (completing the background checks) to submit your membership application and payment.

  1. Create an account for the PCCHE.org website at My Account by registering your email and creating a password. Log in to your account.
  2. Read and agree to the PCCHE Constitution and Statement of Faith.
  3. Read and affirm the Policies and Procedures document.
  4. Read and agree to the Liability Waiver
  5. Complete Background Checks for both parents if two parents are living in the home. After completing the first parent’s background check, you will return to Background Checks to complete the second parent’s background check. Your membership cannot be processed until BOTH background checks have been submitted. Background checks may take several days to clear. Any person (adult or youth) convicted of or currently facing charges for a misdemeanor or felony offense involving violence or abuse (of any kind) must provide advanced notice to vicepresident@pcche.org before submitting a membership application. Written permission from the PCCHE board after such offenses is required to be eligible for membership.
  6. Complete your Membership Application and make a $60 payment using Paypal.
  7. Complete the PCCHE Youth Protection Training course. After you submit your background check applications, you will receive an email with a link to the necessary training. The training must be successfully passed by the child’s primary guardian at PCCHE events before the membership process can be finalized. If fathers or other guardians intend to host events, attend co-op classes, or volunteer/interact with children besides their own at PCCHE events, they are required to complete the training as well.

Once your membership has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation and an invitation to join our Facebook community!

*Participation in co-op classes is not guaranteed.  Though we strive to provide space for every member in this program, the only way to ensure your child is able to attend co-op is to teach a class.
