BOTH parents, if living in the same home, must complete a background check for PCCHE membership to be accepted.* This provides an extra layer of safety for our children and the ministries of PCCHE. After completing the first parent’s background check, you will return to this page and the Parental Background Check Link below to complete the second parent’s background check. The costs of these two background checks are covered by your PCCHE Membership fees. Background checks may take several days to clear.

Additional Background Checks may be purchased for $10 per person, and are REQUIRED for:
- Students 18 yrs or older that wish to participate in PCCHE events or to be present in a home or venue where a PCCHE- sponsored event is being held.
- Grandparent, Caretaker, or Guardian that will be attending co-op, field trips, or other PCCHE-sponsored events in place of a parent for the purpose of overseeing children under their care.
- Outside Teachers that are not members of PCCHE that wish to offer services or classes to PCCHE students through co-op
Once both Background Checks have been submitted, please proceed to the PCCHE Membership Application. After completing your application, add your membership to the cart and checkout by making the yearly membership payment of $60.
