Welcome to the PCCHE Co-op page!

We are so glad that you’re considering PCCHE and our co-op class program! Our co-op classes are parent-led and offer a blend of academic and extracurricular class options. Our co-op class program is available to PCCHE members only. We do not offer drop-off care or classes and require that a parent is present and serving when a student is on campus. We are truly a cooperative and need many hands to make this program a success.

So how do co-op classes work?

Prior to each semester, the co-op director collects class applications from volunteer teachers. These applications are reviewed and the class schedule is drawn up. The amount of students the program may accommodate is directly related to the number of classes offered by the PCCHE membership. On average, co-op hosts approximately 150 students each semester. While we strive to provide space for every member in this program, the only way to ensure your child is able to attend co-op is to teach a class.

Who is eligible to teach co-op classes?

PCCHE members in good standing who have attended at least one semester of co-op and who have completed teacher training are eligible to teach.

Who is eligible to attend co-op classes?

The oldest child of a member family must be at least 5 years old by September 1st of the current school year in order to attend co-op classes. We offer classes for kindergarteners to high school seniors.

Are you wondering how to get started?

Visit Membership and follow the outlined steps to become a part of PCCHE. Registration is open to teachers first, returning attendees second, and the general membership third. Space in the co-op program is often limited, and, if you find classes have filled, you may be added to a waitlist.

**The PCCHE co-op class program is currently FULL.  All space for the upcoming semester is reserved for returning co-op attendees. Any openings will be filled with current members who have been waitlisted. If you would like to be added to our class waitlist, please make sure you first complete your PCCHE membership and then follow the instructions in your welcome letter.**

We are happy to meet with you and show you around our facility.  If you’d like to visit, please email coopdirector@pcche.org to set up an appointment.
