PCCHE’s 2nd Annual Living History Fair

How To JOIN:
Members register to participate by commenting in the event with the name/names of presenters and their chosen historical figure/s. Participants may enter this fair either as individuals or as family units. The historical figure MUST be listed to avoid multiples! All ages may participate!

What To Do:
Participants will 1) Study their chosen person from history over the next few months 2) Come dressed as their character and ready to personify their character while at the fair 3) Be prepared to answer questions from passersby about their character as well as present facts about his/her life from the perspective of the character and
4) Prepare a trifold poster board that will highlight their character’s life and the time in which he/she lived.

What To Expect:
Participants will be assigned table space to set up their poster board and any other display materials they would like to use. While at the fair, participants will stand by their display and engage spectators. This event will be made public so that individuals, such as friends and Grandparents, may attend and act as an audience. When the event is over each family is responsible for cleaning up their display.
