DESCRIPTION:This is a free program!\nA trained instructor\, Todd griffin\, will be returning to demonstrate how to milk a cow\, describe how milk goes from the farm to the consumer\, and then answer questions from our student audience. This is an innovative program that brings the dairy experience directly to children. At schools\, students and teachers share an experience that includes math\, science\, health (nutrition)\, and agriculture\, all presented in an outdoor classroom format. The presentation lasts about 45 minutes and will take place directly after co-op ends in the front parking lot.

Teams will be made up for a fun dodgeball tournament for those who want to participate. Either eat dinner before you come\, or feel free to bring snacks and/or your dinner to eat with friends. DESCRIPTION:Floating Bridge Park\n2912 E Lake Dr\, Weatherford\, TX 76087-5917\, United States \nJoin us for an educational hike at the Lake Weatherford Floating Bridge Park on Thursday\, March 10th. Students will be able to experience the wet\, humid\, dirty\, stinky\, yet incredibly biodiverse part of God’s creation!\nWe will meet at 10 am for a 1 to 1.5 hour hike throughout the park. Prepare to get off the floating bridge sections and into the muck! Depending upon the rainfall for the previous days\, this could mean knee high water or little to no water. Everyone should bring rainboots and waders\, if possible. DESCRIPTION:300 N Houston St\, Dallas\, TX 75202-2006\, United States \nNOTICE DATE CHANGE BECAUSE OF WEATHER:\nI am planning a trip to the Dallas Holocaust Museum for my family as we wrap up our study of World War 2. It will be Wednesday\, March 23 from about 1-5 pm. It will include a self guided tour\, a special exhibition\, an hour long film presentation\, and a 30 minute experience with an interactive hologram Holocaust survivor\, where the kids can actually ask questions and have them answered. The website suggests ages 12 and older only as it contains mature and graphic images\, content\, etc. We plan to take Joseph (10) because we have already been learning about it as a family\, but we may shelter him from some of the exhibits. The museum has a quiet\, somber atmosphere\, so parents should remain with their own children at all times. The tickets will be about $7 each if we have enough interest to get the group rate. The minimum required for the group rate is 15. If 15 don’t signup\, we can still attend as a smaller group\, but just pay general admission prices. Please rsvp here the number of tickets you’d need\, along with names and ages of attendees. Rsvp and Payment will be due this Tuesday\, March 15.
